Ben Griffin brings a unique and well-rounded set of skills to the table. With a 17-year career as a diesel mechanic, Ben built a strong foundation in problem-solving and technical expertise. He later channeled that same drive and dedication into launching his own landscape company, which he successfully operated for five years before merging with Dreamscapes.

Ben understands the value of hard work and perseverance. His approach has always centered around excellent customer service and treating people with fairness and respect—principles that continue to guide him in his role as a project manager.

When he’s not working, he loves spending time with my family, playing hockey and playing guitar on the front porch.
